AN ORIGINAL CONCEPT STORY
The gathered edge
A soft surface finds a point of tension.
01 / THE IDEA
Let repetition become a shape.
Many small folds gather toward one point. Individually they are slight; together they turn a quiet ivory surface into something with direction and depth.
The concept keeps the palette warm and nearly monochrome. Light and shadow do most of the work, with a small red accent giving the eye somewhere to land.

DETAIL CROP / ORIGINAL CONCEPT ARTWORK02 / LOOK CLOSER
Find the change in rhythm.
The folds do not repeat perfectly. Some open wider, others draw close, and fine fibers soften the boundaries. That uneven rhythm is the part to carry into another idea.
- Narrow folds meeting at a single point
- Warm highlights against pale taupe shadows
- One restrained red accent interrupting the cream
Many small folds. One feeling.
